Good Ground Co. wasn’t built from success alone, it was born from surrender.
Gwenn McGuire is a strategist, builder, and visionary leader who believes that business, when built in alignment with faith and purpose, can transform lives and communities.
She is the founder and principal consultant of Good Ground Co., a faith-rooted creative operations house that partners with founders and nonprofits to birth, nurture, and grow mission-driven organizations.
After founding her first company, Handled by Gwenn M & Co., Gwenn experienced what many founders do: burnout, anxiety, and the quiet weight of trying to hold everything together.
She nearly closed the business altogether until one moment changed everything.
While listening to a live corporate prayer led by Touré Robert’s, Gwenn was in the middle of drafting an email to a business lender, letting them know she had decided to dissolve her company. As she typed, Touré said,
“I don’t know who this is for, but God is saying, ‘Don’t close the business. There’s profit there. It just needs to be restructured.'”
Rooted in that revelation, Gwenn rebuilt, not just her business, but her approach to leadership. That moment became the seed for what Good Ground Co. is today.

MULTIPLYING IMPACT
Gwenn serves as Executive Creative Director of Pour Over Love, a nonprofit supporting young adults at risk for homelessness.
There, she leads programming and operations, guiding Pour Over Love through a complete program rebuild. She develops a community-rooted cohort model that reignites the organization’s impact and vision, while leading community programming, strengthening internal infrastructure, and cultivating strategic partners.
She has also served in various operational and advisory roles across nonprofits and startups, helping teams establish clarity, structure, and scalable systems. Gwenn’s passion for service extends into her community, where she volunteered on the board of the YMCA, supporting programs that empower youth and strengthen families, and has mentored young adults within the Pour Over Love community, alongside her leadership role.

Gwenn’s work is deeply rooted in her faith. You can feel it in the way she leads and serves. She sees our young adults as God’s children and meets them with genuine compassion, and everything she brings to Pour Over Love flows from that place. At the same time, she has been instrumental in shaping how we operate. Her strength in program management and operational structure has brought clarity and consistency we simply didn’t have before. From building thoughtful SOPs to streamlining workflows, she has a gift for turning vision into sustainable systems, allowing our team to focus more fully on impact.
